History

2007
Animech Technologies has had a very successful year with a lot of new implementations of our products.

Animech became two companies, Animech and Animech Technologies AB.
Animech Technologies opens a new office in Stockholm-Sweden.

The cooperation with our partner Tacton Systems resulted in the new product aniDim3nsion™ for visual product configuration. Animech Technologies also got some new great partners: Devex, Etteplan and Right Hemisphere.

2006
Animech AB receives the 2006 Gazelle award for the second fastest-growing company in the Uppsala region. The Gazelle is given to greatly profitable, high-growth enterprises which constantly create new job opportunities.

Animech opens a new office in Gothenburg, Sweden.

2005
aniPart™ has during the past year experienced a greater development then ever before, with new functionality and an improved user interface.

aniPart™ gained a sister product. This product is also based on the conversion of CAD schematics into real-time 3D which allows configuration and assembly/disassembling of products right in front of clients.

A number of service manuals were supplied during the year. Among others the aniPart™ project for the new ÄKTAprocess, a liquid chromatography platform from GE Healthcare, which is also to be sold using a configurator developed by Animech in conjunction with the Stockholm based company, Tacton Systems. Volvo should be noted as one name among our other clients.

2004
Animech´s innovative visualization tool, aniPart™, for service and support have received a nomination for the European IST Prize.

2003
Animech delivers an interactive presentation featuring 3D to its first client in the United Kingdom, British Biocell International. Animech delivers a 3D presentation to its first client in the USA, Alfa Wasserman.

2002
Animech is the winner of the prize “Bona Postulata”, awarded to young growing companies with great potential to be successful. The Bona Postulata price was founded by Advokatfirman Lindahl and Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Animech initiates the international launch of aniPart™ at the biggest IT fair in the world, Cebit in Hannover.

2001
Animech was founded by four consulting firms working within the fields of construcion, industrial design and business development. Animech was established based on the apparent need for visualization and description of complex products and processes.

The first version of aniPart™ was introduced to the market in August 2001.
